For IT Professionals & Global Teams
Transformando barreras idiomáticas en ventajas competitivas para profesionales de IT y equipos globales.
I don't teach English the traditional way. I coach for precision, confidence and cultural fluency — the three things that decide whether your ideas land in an international room.
About Me
at FLY Language Centre
I'm not a conventional teacher. I work with professionals who already know their craft and need English to stop being the thing that holds it back — turning it from a barrier into a competitive advantage.
Before this I worked in sales, customer service and as a Pilates instructor. I've lived in Argentina, Germany and Brazil. That's not trivia: having been the foreigner in the room is exactly what makes the coaching empathetic rather than corrective.
I design every single lesson from scratch. Previously at Twins English School and RB Distribuidora.
Brain-based learning and habit architecture, so progress compounds instead of resetting every week.
Years of living across cultures, and a coaching space with no judgement in it.
Directness balanced with diplomacy — for code reviews, negotiations and presentations.
Measurable, sustainable progress built on habit formation and micro-steps.
Working knowledge of German and Portuguese beyond English.
Sales, customer service and corporate background — so lesson scenarios are the real ones.
Drawn from teaching Pilates and from executive coaching.
Services
I don't sell hours of class. I build customized architectures that produce measurable outcomes.
Technical vocabulary, agile communication, code reviews, documentation and sprint demos. I understand dev culture and agile workflows from working inside the ecosystem.
Learn more →The "Clase Boutique" Method
Zero template lessons. A 100% customized architecture — for international interviews, conference talks and async communication.
Learn more →Built on my own sales and customer service background: negotiation language, persuasive communication, client management and closing deals.
Learn more →Philosophy
These are operating principles — they show up in how I teach and in what students experience.
I design learning systems, not just lessons.
Every session is a node in a custom architecture. No templates.
Consistency doesn't always show, but it always transforms.
Results come from sustained commitment, not from volume of study.
Language is not a skill. It's a professional identity.
Fluency is how you position yourself globally.
Empathy is my first language.
I've been the foreigner. That makes the coaching patient and judgement-free.
